Location and Work Mode: Warsaw - client office, Hybrid 1-3 days from client office.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of overall work experience in Java related tech stack

• Proficient in Java/J2EE/REST technologies and frameworks like Spring, Sprint MVC, JPA, Hibernate

• Experience in API Development for producers and consumers adhering to all standards for security and reliability.

• Experience in database such as Oracle, MYSQL and any of the NOSQL

• Experience in Microservice architecture, Containers Orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker etc.,)

• Experience in software configuration management with tools development, automation (GIT, Maven, Artifactory, Jenkins, CI/CD etc.,)

• Experience in logging tools such as Splunk, Humio, etc., for Monitoring and Issue triage

• Ability to write clean, coherent code following established coding guidelines.

• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and effective communication skills (both written and verbal)

• Experience developing as part of Agile/Scrum team

• Experience developing using AI tools like Claude / Cline or any other AI tool

• Passionate about delivering zero defect code that meet or exceed the proposed defect SLA and have high sense of accountability for quality and timeliness of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Java-based applications and services.
  • Develop REST APIs and microservices while ensuring security, reliability, and performance standards are met.
  • Build and support distributed systems using modern architecture principles, including containerization and orchestration technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end software solutions in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Contribute to system design, code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimisation, and production support activities.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and software development best practices.
  • Monitor application performance, analyse logs, and perform issue triage using monitoring tools.
  • Ensure high-quality code delivery through unit testing, code quality checks, and adherence to coding standards.
  • Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and accelerate software development.
  • Take ownership of deliverables and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the development lifecycle.
