Type of contract: B2B

Location and Work Mode: Warsaw or Gdansk, client office.  Hybrid 1-2 days from the office.

Flexibility to work until 9:00 PM Poland time 1–2 times per week when required, mainly to support releases.

We are looking for a Java Fullstack Developer with strong backend experience and hands-on knowledge of React to join our team in Poland. You will work across frontend and backend development, contributing to the development, maintenance and quality of business-critical applications.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java and React.
  • Work across both frontend and backend components.
  • Develop and integrate APIs and database solutions.
  • Write and optimise SQL queries and work with relational databases.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide effective technical solutions.
  • Support application releases, production changes and ongoing maintenance.
  • Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Requirements

 

  • 3–4 years of commercial software development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java and React.
  • Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience working with Unix/Linux environments.
  • Experience with APIs and backend application development.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Availability to work from the Warsaw or Gdańsk office 1–2 days per week.
  • Flexibility to work until 9:00 PM Poland time 1–2 times per week when required, mainly to support releases.
