Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute SAP S/4HANA FICO implementations and rollouts across multiple geographies and business units.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications for system configuration.
  • Configure and customize SAP FICO modules, including:
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Asset Accounting (AA)
    • Controlling (CO)
  • Design and manage business process reengineering and standardization.
  • Perform and support testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Develop functional documentation, test cases, and comprehensive user training materials.
  • Provide post-go-live support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance optimization.

Project Details

  • End-to-end SAP S/4HANA FICO implementation and rollout projects.
  • Full project lifecycle management from design to go-live and hypercare support.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and delivery.

Requirements

  • 8 to 10 years of SAP FICO experience, with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
  • Expertise in SAP FICO configuration and customization.
  • Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Finance functionalities.
  • Familiarity with integration points between FICO and other SAP modules (MM, SD).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.

Mandatory Skills:

  • SAP FICO (expert-level proficiency).

Desired Skills:

  • SAP FICO (advanced knowledge and hands-on experience).
