Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer
Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid)

We are in search of a highly proficient and seasoned Senior DevOps Engineer to become a vital member of our Technology and Operations team located in Warsaw. This position is perfectly suited for an individual who is enthusiastic about infrastructure automation, platform reliability, and the principles of continuous integration and delivery. You will be instrumental in the design, construction, and upkeep of scalable systems that underpin mission-critical applications within a hybrid cloud environment.

Responsibilities: 
 Devise, implement, and sustain a private cloud infrastructure utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
- Oversee container orchestration platforms through Kubernetes and Docker.
- Construct and uphold resilient CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or cloud-native tools.
- Automate deployment processes across development, quality assurance, and production environments.
- Deploy comprehensive monitoring and alerting solutions.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production incidents and resolve intricate technical challenges.
- Design and execute system troubleshooting and maintenance protocols.
- Develop automation scripts with Python, Bash, or PowerShell to diminish manual tasks.
- Create tools to minimize errors and enhance the customer experience.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management tasks.
- Sustain deployment automation across diverse environments.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support.
- Collaborate with development teams to comprehend application architecture and operational needs.
- Document solutions and train operational teams on system supportability.
- Engage in project planning and strategic technology decision-making.

Requirements: 
- 5+ years of DevOps/SRE experience with a Bachelor's
- 2+ years with an Advanced degree
- CI/CD: Hands-on with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline
- Containerization: Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Linux: Advanced administration and scripting
- Networking: Understanding of load balancing and high availability
- IaC Tools: Experience with Terraform or similar
- Cloud Architecture: Private and hybrid cloud experience
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Understanding of microservices
- Familiarity with security best practices
- Proven troubleshooting of distributed systems
- Experience with production applications
- Database administration (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Knowledge of big data processing
- Familiarity with ITIL and Agile
- Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Programming knowledge (Java, Python, Go)
- Configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
