Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve complex client integration challenges through detailed root cause analysis and technical troubleshooting.
• Design, develop, and maintain sample code and reference applications to support clients’ implementation of Wipro solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop internal tools that improve operational efficiency and troubleshooting workflows.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment, coordinating closely with engineering leads, product managers, and support teams to meet client needs effectively.
• Ensure high quality of deliverables and maintain documentation for solutions and processes.

Out of Scope: This role does not entail product requirement definition, nor does it involve responsibilities as a scrum master or product owner, allowing you to focus on technical execution and client success.

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a Java Full Stack Developer combined with DevOps engineering capabilities.
• Proficiency with front-end and back-end technologies including Java, Python, Angular, and React, with a thorough understanding of all SDLC phases and multi-tier application architectures.
• Hands-on experience in designing, building, and testing scalable enterprise RESTful APIs using REST and JSON.
• In-depth knowledge of core web technologies such as HTTP, HTML, REST, and JSON essential for integration and interoperability.
• Familiarity with industry-standard ticketing and issue tracking systems like Jira and ServiceNow.
• Expertise in utilizing log management and analysis tools such as Splunk to facilitate debugging and monitoring.
• Strong command of source control platforms including Git and GitHub as well as CI/CD automation tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI for continuous integration and deployment.
• Experience working with leading cloud service providers including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Competence in containerization technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes, to support efficient application deployment and scalability.
• Proficiency in monitoring and alerting solutions such as Prometheus and Grafana to maintain system reliability and performance.
• Skills in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate tasks and streamline processes.
• Understanding and application of Agile methodologies to promote iterative development and responsive delivery.

Mandatory Skills and Competencies:

• At least 4 years of demonstrable hands-on development experience employing Java, Python, Angular, React or related technologies across full software development lifecycle activities.
• Strong expertise in designing and consuming Web RESTful APIs adhering to REST/JSON standards.
• Proficiency with modern version control tools including Git and GitHub, supporting collaborative development workflows.
• Comprehensive knowledge of monitoring platforms such as Prometheus and Grafana for operational insight and health checks.
• Advanced experience utilizing CI/CD pipelines powered by Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent frameworks for automated software delivery.
• Solid practical understanding of cloud ecosystems including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, enabling cloud-native application development.
• Experience with container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes to facilitate scalable deployments.
• Capability in scripting and automation with Python, Bash, or PowerShell to enhance system administration and DevOps processes.
