Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and optimize backend systems tailored to support Generative AI workflows, integrating seamlessly with LLMs and advanced AI model orchestration tools such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• Design and maintain scalable, secure microservices and RESTful APIs that facilitate data exchange and model interactions within production-grade environments.
• Develop and manage data pipelines crucial for GenAI tasks, including the processing of prompt data, managing model feedback loops, and supporting continuous learning mechanisms.
• Drive performance tuning, debugging, and profiling of GenAI applications to enhance responsiveness, minimize latency, and ensure resilience under load.
• Work collaboratively with AI/ML teams to implement plug-and-play AI components like Intent Resolvers, Tool Agents, and LLM Gateways within agentic workflow architectures.
• Contribute to technical documentation, detailing design considerations, deployment strategies, security best practices, and maintainable code standards for GenAI services.
• Participate in iterative architecture reviews and strategic planning sessions aimed at optimizing system design for scalability, modularity, and robustness.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in backend service development, API design, and integration with distributed systems within cloud-native architectures, ensuring production reliability and scalability.
• Proven proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code for large-scale, data-driven applications.
• At least 1 year of practical experience with Generative AI technologies, encompassing LLM utilization, prompt engineering, embedding techniques, fine-tuning processes, or developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Strong programming capabilities in Python (preferred), Java, Scala, or similar languages, with comprehensive knowledge of software design principles, testing frameworks, and version control systems such as Git.
• Expertise in backend microservice architectures, event-driven systems (using Kafka or equivalents), REST API development, and deployment on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, preferably with experience in secure and low-latency system design.
• Demonstrated interest or hands-on experience with Agentic AI systems, including integration with platforms like OpenAI, Claude, and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, Copilot, or vector databases.
• Comfortable operating within AI-centric development environments, utilizing modern engineering tooling such as Docker, Kubernetes, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, with extra consideration for candidates familiar with prompt engineering and AI-based toolchains.
