Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough root cause analysis and swiftly develop resolution strategies for client integration challenges, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum client satisfaction.
- Design, develop, and provide sample code and reference applications to support clients and internal teams, enhancing knowledge sharing and implementation efficiency.
- Develop and maintain proprietary tools aimed at streamlining troubleshooting processes, accelerating issue identification, and resolution.
- Operate autonomously with accountability, collaborating with engineering leads, product management, operations, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Maintain rigorous documentation on troubleshooting procedures, code samples, and development practices to facilitate team knowledge and client education.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies and methodologies to remain at the forefront of industry advancements, contributing to organizational growth.

Candidate Profile and Requirements:
We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 7 years of practical experience in software development, specializing in environments such as Java, C#, Python, Angular, and React. Your deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), particularly in security-conscious and multi-tier applications, will be crucial.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting complex technical issues and conducting root-cause analysis with precision.
- Familiarity with industry-standard ticketing platforms like Jira and ServiceNow, along with proficiency in log management tools such as Splunk.
- Hands-on experience in architecting and testing large-scale RESTful APIs employing REST/JSON protocols.
- Strong foundational knowledge of web technologies including HTTP, HTML, REST, and JSON is essential.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects, delivering quality outcomes within strict deadlines.
- A resilient, adaptable, and proactive problem solver who excels under pressure and embraces fast-paced, global team collaboration.
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively interact across diverse teams and client bases.
- Robust organizational and strategic planning capabilities with a focus on delivering precise problem-solving solutions.
