Roles and Responsibilities 

• Design and develop scalable automation frameworks using Python and Ansible
• Build end-to-end automation solutions across infrastructure lifecycle (provisioning, configuration, maintenance, decommissioning)
• Develop reusable automation components and frameworks for enterprise use
• Integrate automation workflows with APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and cross-platform systems
• Create and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and custom modules
• Implement automation solutions for Windows Server environments using Python and PowerShell
• Design automation-driven migration strategies for container platforms (OpenShift, Kubernetes)
• Ensure automation solutions follow best practices (modular design, testing, reusability, quality standards)
• Implement secure automation practices, including authentication mechanisms (e.g., Kerberos)
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to scale automation frameworks

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of overall IT experience, with strong focus on infrastructure automation, DevOps, or platform engineering
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing automation using Python, Ansible, and scripting tools
• Proven experience in building and maintaining enterprise automation frameworks and reusable components
• Develop scalable, Python-based automation frameworks integrating Ansible, Bash/Shell, and PowerShell for enterprise infrastructure automation
• University degree
