We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with a strong background in automation and infrastructure engineering. The role focuses on designing and building scalable automation frameworks to support enterprise infrastructure and platform operations.
Location: Warsaw, Poland - Client office
Work Model: Hybrid (2 days office / 3 days remote)

Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable automation frameworks using Python and Ansible
- Build end-to-end automation solutions across infrastructure lifecycle (provisioning, configuration, maintenance, decommissioning)
- Develop reusable automation components and frameworks for enterprise use
- Integrate automation workflows with APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and cross-platform systems
- Create and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and custom modules
- Implement automation solutions for Windows Server environments using Python and PowerShell
- Design automation-driven migration strategies for container platforms (OpenShift, Kubernetes)
- Ensure automation solutions follow best practices (modular design, testing, reusability, quality standards)
- Implement secure automation practices, including authentication mechanisms (e.g., Kerberos)
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to scale automation frameworks

Qualifications
- 8-10 years of overall IT experience, with strong focus on infrastructure automation, DevOps, or platform engineering
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing automation using Python, Ansible, and scripting tools
- Proven experience in building and maintaining enterprise automation frameworks and reusable components
- Develop scalable, Python-based automation frameworks integrating Ansible, Bash/Shell, and PowerShell for enterprise infrastructure automation
- University degree
