This position is based in Warsaw with an opportunity to work 100% remotely, providing flexibility to collaborate effectively from any location. The role is offered on a B2B contract basis, engaging professionals who thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping the digital landscape of our company. Collaborating closely with our engineering and operations teams, you will drive the enhancement and redesign of complex web UI screens critical to managing the firm’s liquidity operations. The role emphasizes not only improving existing user interfaces but also innovating new designs from the ground up, ensuring clarity, usability, and intuitive presentation of complex data. Your expertise will directly contribute to simplifying sophisticated financial workflows through user-centric design, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions efficiently.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and end users to gather in-depth understanding of business workflows, operational challenges, and key performance metrics.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of current UI screens, identifying areas of improvement focused on enhancing user engagement, simplifying navigation, and increasing overall clarity through data visualization best practices.
  • Create innovative designs and wireframes from concept to final output for new interfaces, prioritizing intuitive user flows, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.
  • Translate multifaceted financial and liquidity data into clear, actionable digital experiences, facilitating efficient user interactions with complex datasets.
  • Lead and actively participate in design review sessions, engaging stakeholders to collect feedback and iterating designs to meet diverse user needs and business goals.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging UX/UI design technologies to continuously elevate the quality and efficiency of design solutions delivered.
  • Advocate for user-centered design methodologies throughout the development lifecycle, promoting empathy and inclusivity in digital product experiences.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design system documentation ensuring consistency across multiple projects and teams.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of professional experience in UX design, with a proven track record working on data-centric web applications and complex user interfaces.
  • Strong proficiency in interpreting and visualizing sophisticated business metrics and data, with an aptitude for crafting meaningful user journeys.
  • Exceptional attention to detail combined with a user-centric mindset, ensuring seamless functionality and engaging experiences.
  • Outstanding communication skills, comfortable collaborating across multidisciplinary teams and articulating design concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
  • Prior experience within the financial services industry or working on finance-related digital platforms is highly advantageous, providing valuable domain knowledge and sensitivity to regulatory environments.
  • Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms, with a strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of visual design and usability principles.
  • Comfortable in agile environments, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive iterative improvements based on user feedback and analytics.
  • A passion for continuous learning and pushing the boundaries of design innovation in line with current best practices.
