Responsibilities:
- Understands technical requirements and applies relevant knowledge to support application stability.
- Identifies and contributes to solutions that enhance application support and performance with minimal guidance.
- Applies best practices in configuring and troubleshooting software, systems, databases, and related infrastructure.
- Collaborates with peers to maintain the reliability of critical applications.
- Investigates and resolves performance issues using appropriate tools and methodologies.

Requirements:
- 4 + years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or Production Application Support.
- Strong experience in Production Application Support, including incident management for large-scale enterprise applications and familiarity with ITSM processes.
- Background in Java application support, including JVM understanding.
- Proficient in Unix/Linux environments and SQL.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and debugging complex issues.
- Experience working in large server environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
- Availability for rotational on-call support and flexible working hours to meet operational needs.
