Job Description:

Experience: 10+ Years (including 4+ years in Technical Project Leadership)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical delivery of end-to-end telecom core network projects (SDL/SDM domain).
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and technical deliverables.
  • Guide and support engineering teams throughout deployment, integration, and upgrade activities.
  • Act as the primary technical interface for customers and key stakeholders.
  • Participate in project estimation, sizing, planning, and resource management.
  • Drive issue resolution and support troubleshooting activities across SDM environments.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Telecom Core Networks.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Technical Project Lead or Technical Project Manager.
  • Strong expertise in Subscriber Data Management (SDM) solutions.
  • Deep understanding of 4G LTE and 5G Core architectures and call flows.
  • Hands-on experience with deployment, integration, upgrades, and troubleshooting of SDM nodes.
  • Strong knowledge of Packet Core technologies, VoLTE, VoWiFi, IoT, and related telecom domains.
  • Experience managing technical project delivery and stakeholder expectations.
