Job Description

Location and Work Mode:

• We are offering a cooperation based on B2B contract for 3 months with intention to extend cooperation. 
•  Hybrid module of work from Warsaw or Gdańsk office or Remote work mode.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Oracle FCCS and TRCS environments.
• Manage consolidation processes, including intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and tax provisioning.
• Analyze existing system design and implement fixes directly in the application.
• Develop and maintain rules using Calculation Manager and manage data flows via Data Management (FDMEE Cloud).
• Perform metadata management, hierarchy corrections, and data mapping.
• Debug calculation rules and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Integrate AHCS, ARCS, and ERP data sources into FCCS/TRCS.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with Oracle FCCS and TRCS (not just advisory).
• Strong understanding of consolidation, eliminations, translation, and tax provisioning.
• Proficiency in Calculation Manager, Data Management (FDMEE Cloud), and metadata handling.
• Skilled in rule debugging, hierarchy corrections, and data mapping.
• Experience with integration of AHCS, ARCS, and ERP systems.
• Oracle EPM certification is highly preferred.
