Job Description

Web Digital Evolution Product Team needs a full time experienced Business Analyst resource. The team provides our clients web presence, providing solutions for internal  solutions. The largest priority in the team currently is consolidating US website into the group website technologies with a brand design. 

 

The Business Analyst is required to support the Corporate Affairs business team with understanding problem statement, defining and refining requirements, business outcomes and value, mapping current processes, Redesigning processes. Strong communication skills, ability to quickly build productive working environments, analytical mind, agile team experience

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, gathering and translating requirements effectively.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of current systems and workflows to support seamless migration and integration.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure technical requirements are well-defined and aligned with business needs.
  • Document and manage detailed technical specifications and user stories.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Experience with Monitoring & logging tools
  • Strong experience in Business analysis 
  • Forensic attention to detail and strong follow through
  • Great communication and teamworking skills
Mandatory Skills: Agile DevSecOps Consulting .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .
