Job Description

The Digital Product Manager will work in Warwick on a fixed term contract basis, the successful candidate will be expected too build strong, collaborative relationships with senior management and influence attitudes, decisions and actions for mutual benefit and keep colleagues updated on digital progress. The product owner will set out a strategic digital roadmap and backlog for your product lines and implement systems such as team structures and ways of working. In addition, you’ll research the market to introduce market leading digital products that deliver value to the business, custome

 

What we’re looking for:

  • With a good understanding of current and emerging product methods, agile methodologies, and trends, you’ll have significant experience of both leading and delivering digital products in a complex and regulated environment.
  • Experience of strategic investment and product planning, ensuring alignment with business strategy and priorities, plus a good understanding of financial management, benefits management and realisation linked to business results, are all key.
  • The ideal candidate can operate both strategically, setting the vision with senior stakeholders and tactically in managing its implementation. They are user centred, with an understanding of design led thinking, whilst having a technical understanding of digital products as well as the domain. Experience within utilities, infrastructure, service, or construction industries would be an advantage but not essential.
