Position Overview

 

A highly skilled and experienced Lead Administrator  role is pivotal in leading the administration and transition management efforts that support our cutting-edge digital transformation initiatives. Admin will play a  crucial role in ensuring smooth transitions, efficient operations, and delivering excellence in execution aligning with our commitment to client-centricity and innovation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead and manage transition activities to ensure seamless migration and onboarding of services under the Technology Services portfolio, focusing on cloud and data center domains.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including technical, operational, and client stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and execute transition projects efficiently.
  • Drive execution excellence by monitoring transition progress, mitigating risks, and resolving any issues that arise in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to transition processes, service delivery procedures, and escalation protocols.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for transition management, providing clear communication channels and updates to internal teams and clients.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships across teams to foster an innovative, agile, and problem-solving work environment.
  • Continuously assess and improve existing transition management frameworks to maximize operational efficiency and quality of service
