Position Overview

 

As a Project Manager role involves leading complex projects within the Technology Services sector, ensuring timely delivery, managing scope, and fostering high levels of team performance and collaboration

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within defined scope and budget.
  • Facilitate and drive agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions to maintain momentum and team alignment.
  • Identify and resolve blockers promptly to avoid any delays in project execution and maintain a smooth development flow.
  • Manage and optimize script velocity, ensuring continuous progress and backlog health to support project quality and delivery objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to synchronize efforts and expectations.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, providing project status updates, risks, and mitigation plans to key stakeholders.
  • Champion best practices in project management, continuously improving processes and adapting to evolving project needs and technologies
