Job Description: 

Work Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid) 


Job Description:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business needs.
  • Breaking down high-level requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Ensuring user stories are clear, concise, and testable.
  • Refining the product backlog ensure it's ready for development.
  • Acting as a liaison between stakeholders, the Product Owner, and the development team.
  • Facilitating communication and clarification of requirements.
  • Ensuring everyone understands the business needs and project goals
  • Supporting the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
  • Helping to estimate the size and effort required for user stories.
  • Identifying and escalating dependencies between user stories.
  • Participate in sprint planning daily scrums, and retrospectives
  • Assist with creating wireframes, mockups or process flows.
  • Help with change management activities related to product releases.

 

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of strong BA experience (requirements gathering, BRD, user stories, JIRA, Confluence
  • Commercial Banking (preferably Project Financing but broader banking experience should be fine
  • Good data experience (SQL, data mapping, data visualization tools, data migration)
  • Experience working on projects implemented with Agile methodolog
  • Experience in defining and implementing digital solutions for a major financial institutio
  • Any AI implementation experience will be good to have

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
