Job Title: Senior SAP ABAP Technical Lead / Scrum Master

Location- Washington ,DC  ( Day 1 Onsite)

Job Description:Broad SAP technical leadership for a fast-paced HQ role, with Scrum Master backup capability as needed. This resource primarily provides SAP technical direction, direct coordination with Product Owners, stakeholders and leadership, and supports delivery governance, onboarding oversight, capacity monitoring and cross-pod planning without replacing the dedicated Scrum Master role.

Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP technical solutioning and development oversight across modules and financial workflows.

  • Provide backup support for Scrum ceremonies, sprint execution and backlog readiness discussions when needed, while the dedicated Scrum Master owns routine Agile facilitation.
  • Coordinate onboarding oversight, capacity monitoring, and cross-pod planning support from HQ.
  • Mentor developers design quality, reusable patterns, peer reviews, and documentation.
  • Support release planning, production cutover, hyper care and incident triage.

Required Skills

  • SAP ABAP, S/4HANA development landscape, Fiori backend enablement and integration technologies.
  • Agile facilitation, servant leadership and structured follow-through.
  • HQ-facing communication, stakeholder coordination and multi-workstream execution.
  • Strong SAP ABAP background across multiple modules and integration patterns.
  • Experience leading technical design reviews, code reviews, quality checks and release readiness.
  • Scrum Master or Agile delivery support experience, including ceremony backup, impediment tracking and delivery metrics awareness.
  • SAFe, Scrum or SAP development certifications are preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task across competing initiatives while maintaining delivery discipline.

 

Mandatory Skills: SAP UI5 and Fiori .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $148,500 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
