Position: Office 365 Architect
Location: Washington - District of Columbia
Job Summary:
The Office 365 Architect is responsible for designing, planning, and executing migrations to Microsoft Office 365, including email, OneDrive, and other collaboration tools. This role requires deep technical expertise in O365 services and the ability to lead complex migration projects across enterprise environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT with at least 4–5 years in Office 365 architecture and migration.
- Proven experience in migrating large-scale email systems and OneDrive environments to Office 365.
- Expertise in Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- Strong understanding of Azure Active Directory and identity management.
- Experience with hybrid Exchange environments and directory synchronization.
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as GDPR and data retention policies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert.
- Experience with third-party migration tools (e.g., Quest, BitTitan).
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
- Experience in managing global deployments and multi-geo configurations.
Experience: 8-10 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
