Job Description

Wipro are looking for a SMP Business Analyst to work in Wokingham,  the SMP Business Analyst supports delivery of the SMP business roadmap by analysing business needs, shaping requirements and enabling effective change across new and existing SMP market functionality. This role acts as a key interface between SMP leadership, business users, delivery teams and technical specialists, ensuring that changes are well understood, feasible and aligned with our market processes 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Facilitate Workshops and Alignment sessions using design thinking and customer led approaches 
  • Influence leaders and SME’s to drive shared understanding and alignment 
  • Translate conceptual needs into clear functional requirements 
  • Produce end to end process maps, customer journeys, data mappings and market facing documentation 
  • Maintain documentation to ensure consistent understanding across business, technical and delivery teams 
  • Prioritise requirements with delivery ad support teams 
  • Promote digital first solutions 
  • Support end to end UAT and engage development, QA and data teams to resolve issues

 

Required Experience & Skills 

  • Considerable experience as a BA 
  • Experience on working on large and complex projects within a large scale organisation.
  • Ability to capture requirement & define and work within scope – Mandatory
  • Strong gap analysis skills (identify inefficiencies s or gaps/issues with existing processes) – Mandatory
  • Excellent facilitation skills - planning and conducting workshops  
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management  skills
