 Deployment Engineers (System Integration)

Role : Solution Engineer/Deployment Engineer

JOB Details :- We are primarily looking for a resource with prior knowledge in deploying Packet Core Nodes on Telco Clouds.

EXP Range :- 5 to 10 Yrs

• 5+ years with minimum 2+ years in PACKET CORE Solution Implementation/Upgrades
• Strong Communication skills - Team handling skills - Analytical skills - Presentation skills."

Skills :-

• Candidate should have end to end understanding of the Packet Core Solution.
• Should have deep knowledge of 4G and 5G call flows, and overall understanding of latest technologies in the Telecom space including VOLTE, VoWiFi, loT etc.
• Should have understanding of the Cloud environment and understanding of how EPC solutions can be deployed over cloud.
• Candidate should have prior experience in deploying packet core nodes as Bare Metal Nodes/VNF's/CNF's.
• Should have expertise in installing, upgrading, integration different packet core nodes.
• Sound understanding of troubleshooting tools like Wireshark etc.
• Should be able to follow HLD / DLD for the Packet Core Network as per the Customer solutions.
• Good working experience in Linux, VMWare, Dockers & Containers, OpenStack, Openshift
• Working knowledge on Packet Core Nodes SGSN / MME, GGSN /EPG, PCRF /SAPC, ePDG / WMG, 5G nsa /sa
• Working knowledge on Packet Core Nodes CMG, CMM, NRD will be an added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Lead end-to-end deployment, integration, and upgrade of Packet Core Network elements across 4G and 5G environments.
• Design and implement Packet Core solutions based on customer requirements, adhering to High-Level Design (HLD) and Detailed Level Design (DLD).
• Deploy Packet Core nodes on Bare Metal, VNF, and CNF architectures within Telco Cloud environments.

• Install, configure, and integrate core network elements such as SGSN, MME, GGSN/EPG, PCRF/SAPC, ePDG/WMG, and 5G NSA/SA nodes.
• Support deployment and operations of cloud-native telecom solutions using platforms like OpenStack, VMware, Docker, and OpenShift.
• Perform system validation, interoperability testing, and ensure seamless integration with multi-vendor environments.
• Analyze and troubleshoot network issues using tools such as Wireshark, logs, and protocol-level debugging techniques.
• Provide deep technical support for 4G/5G call flows, including VoLTE, VoWiFi, and IoT use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (onsite and offshore) to ensure timely delivery of deployment milestones.
• Execute software upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal service disruption.
• Monitor system performance and optimize network configurations for high availability and scalability.
• Document deployment procedures, configurations, and operational guidelines.
• Work closely with customers and stakeholders to ensure solution alignment and successful project delivery.
• Participate in knowledge sharing, technical presentations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Japanese Proficiency :- Native Level is not mandatory but business level is must.

Bilingual : Business Level English and Japanese.
