Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture and business analysis for large-scale payment platform modernization initiatives.
  • Design and modernize payment platforms supporting SIC, Instant Payments, RTGS, TIPS, SEPA, SWIFT, TARGET2, and cross-border schemes.
  • Define payment flows, integration patterns, and processing models using ICON IPF and Clear2Pay OPF frameworks.
  • Act as a Payments SME, translating regulatory and business requirements into functional and non-functional solutions.
  • Collaborate with business, architecture, vendors, and IT teams; serve as SPOC for vendor coordination and integrations.
  • Lead data migration, client onboarding, and legacy platform decommissioning with regulatory compliance.
  • Drive implementation of payment scheme changes and initiatives such as ISO 20022, SWIFT GPI, Swiss QR-Bill, and instant payments.
  • Support Agile delivery, multi-release production environments, rollouts, and critical post-production issues.
  • Contribute to RFPs and evaluations for cloud-native and modern payment technologies.

  • Delivery: Agile/Scrum, Multi-vendor & Multi-system Environment

Must have skill :

  • Payments domain expertise (Domestic, International, Instant Payments)
  • Experience with SIC, SEPA, SWIFT, TIPS, TARGET2, RTGS
  • Payment platform architecture & modernization
  • ICON IPF / Clear2Pay OPF experience
  • Knowledge of ISO 20022 & regulatory compliance
  • Microservices / cloud‑native architecture
  • Strong business analysis & stakeholder management

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Exposure to DevOps / CI‑CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of payment testing, reconciliation, and settlement processes
  • Experience with RFPs, vendor evaluations, and pre‑sales activities
  • Familiarity with banking operations and cut‑over planning
  • Working knowledge of data migration and archiving strategies
