Job Description: 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Role : Legal Executive (eDiscovery specialist)

Location : Bengaluru

Experience : 1-3 years in disputes and litigation

  • Handle implementation of litigation holds end-to-end and support other company requirements for preservation of data.
  • Gather, organize, and manage documents and electronic records (ESI) from multiple sources, including internal systems, custodians, and external counsel as part of litigation hold
  • Assist with document review preparation, productions, and disclosures in US litigation matters.
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of records, locate relevant evidence, and manage exhibits and supporting materials.
  • Maintain proper documentation and data integrity throughout the eDiscovery lifecycle.
  • Create, organize, and track litigation and dispute case files, ensuring up‑to‑date and accurate records.   
  • Maintain and update case management databases and trackers.
  • Act as a key liaison between US legal teams, external counsel, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support budget tracking, billing, invoice review, and cost management for eDiscovery and litigation matters.
  • Coordinate with external litigation support vendors and law firms as required.

  • Flexibility to work with the US team across time-zones.
  • Attention to detail, initiative to apply their mind and solve problems.
  • Works well with a wide variety of internal stake holders and external partners.

 Experience and skills required:͏

  • The ideal candidate will be a graduate with 1-3 years PQE, at least two of those years spent at a law firm or inhouse.  Any US or Canadian litigation experience is a significant bonus.
  • The executive will be work primarily with the US Geo Legal team and deal with a variety of high-risk matters. This role would suit a detail-oriented professional with good organizational skills and excellent English writing and oral communication skills who works well with a very diverse range of functions and is comfortable with uncertainty.
  • Good people skills.
  • Law degree not required but is a bonus.
